Fall sports season rolled on with a busy slate of competitions across the board. From milestone home openers on the new turf to tough road battles, here is how Chelsea teams fared in action: 🏐 Volleyball Varsity: Tecumseh 3, Chelsea 0 JV: Tecumseh 2, Chelsea 0 9th Grade: Tecumseh 2, Chelsea 0 The volleyball program hit the road for a tough SEC matchup against Tecumseh. Despite hard-fought efforts across all levels, the Indians swept the evening series. The Bulldogs will look to bounce back in their next outing. 🎾 Boys Tennis Varsity: Chelsea 8, Lincoln 0 It was a dominant afternoon on the home courts as Chelsea tennis pitched a shutout against Lincoln. The varsity squad swept all matches in a commanding 8-0 victory, showcasing strong depth and execution across the lineup. ⚽ Boys Soccer Varsity: Ypsilanti 3, Chelsea 1 JV: Chelsea 1, Ypsilanti 0 Boys soccer celebrated a historic milestone, hosting Ypsilanti for the very first game on the new turf field. The JV squad broke in the turf in style, shutting out Ypsilanti 1-0. The Varsity team battled hard in a historic atmosphere, but ultimately fell 3-1 to a strong Ypsilanti side. 🏊♀️ Girls Swim and Dive Chelsea 103, Country Day 76 South Lyon East 135, Chelsea 51 The swim and dive team traveled for a tri-meet against tough competition, coming away with a strong split. The Bulldogs put together impressive swims to defeat Country Day by a comfortable margin, though host South Lyon East edged out the team points against the Bulldogs.
