Chelsea High School sports are in full swing this Wednesday, August 26, with seven Bulldog squads in action across golf, swimming, soccer, volleyball, and field hockey. With multiple teams hitting the road and a prime-time field hockey doubleheader at home, Bulldog fans have plenty of competition to follow throughout the day. Home Slate: Field Hockey Doubleheader Under the Lights The action at home features a big evening of field hockey in Chelsea: Junior Varsity Field Hockey vs. Dexter – 5:30 PM: The JV squad opens the evening matchup at home against rivalry opponent Dexter. Varsity Field Hockey vs. Ann Arbor Huron – 7:00 PM: Following the JV match, Varsity takes the field for a premier night clash against the Ann Arbor Huron River Rats. Road Competitions: Bulldogs on the Move Five Bulldog squads head out for away matchups spanning midday tee times to late afternoon tilts: Varsity Girls Golf vs. Skyline – 12:00 PM: Action begins on the greens at Polo Fields as the girls golf team takes on Ann Arbor Skyline at noon. Varsity Girls Swimming & Diving at Waverly Relays – 4:00 PM: The swim and dive team travels to Waverly High School (bus departs at 2:00 PM) for relay competition. Boys Soccer Doubleheader at Tecumseh: JV Boys Soccer: 4:00 PM (Bus departs at 2:15 PM) Varsity Boys Soccer: 5:30 PM (Bus departs at 2:15 PM) Junior Varsity Volleyball at Williamston – 5:00 PM: JV Volleyball hits the road to face Williamston (bus departs at 3:15 PM).
